One to one
Your work, your tools, one hour at a time
Most AI training explains the tool. This does the opposite: you bring a piece of work you are actually responsible for, and we spend the session on that. Screen shared, hands on keys, your account, your files.
Fit
Who this is for
Experienced managers and professionals who have run teams, budgets, and difficult conversations for years, and who have not yet found a way to make AI useful in the work they are paid to do.
It suits people who have already tried. You opened the thing, typed something, got four paragraphs of oatmeal back, and quietly closed the tab. That is a much better starting point than it feels like.
What it is not
- People who want to be taught to code. That is not what this is.
- People who want a tool demo. The tools change; the way you brief them does not.
- Anyone looking for someone to build it for them. You leave with the workflow in your hands.
Formats
How it runs
Single session
60 minutes
TKTK single-session price— placeholder price, not approvedOne problem, worked end to end. You pick the task before we start, so no time goes on deciding what to look at.
- A 10-minute written brief you fill in beforehand
- The session itself, recorded if you want it
- The prompts and the working file, sent afterwards
Four-session block
4 × 60 minutes, over six weeks
TKTK four-session price— placeholder price, not approvedFor a workflow rather than a task. Something with steps and a handover — reporting, reviews, a recurring pack nobody enjoys producing.
- Everything in a single session, four times
- Written notes between sessions
- One asynchronous review of something you produce on your own
Team session
90 minutes, up to eight people
TKTK team price— placeholder price, not approvedThe same working format with a team, on a task the team shares. Usually bought on a corporate budget.
- A short scoping call first
- The session, on one shared workflow
- A one-page summary you can circulate internally
Process
What happens, in order
- 1
You book a time
Pick a slot from the calendar below. It shows real availability, so what you see is what exists.
- 2
You send one paragraph
What the task is, what you have tried, and what a good result would look like. Ten minutes of writing, and it is the reason the session does not open with twenty minutes of context-setting.
- 3
We work on it
Screens shared. You drive; I say what I would try next. You will make the mistakes during the session, which is where you want them.
- 4
You get the artefacts
The prompts, the file, and the notes. In your account, not mine.
Booking
Book a time
Sessions are held in the mornings, UK time, and there are only a few each week. That is a scheduling fact, not a sales tactic.
Booking not connected
Set NEXT_PUBLIC_BOOKING_URL to a public booking link and the live calendar appears here. Cal.com is the suggested tool: the free tier covers one-to-one bookings, it syncs both ways with Google Calendar, and it handles time zones and reminder emails without any code in this repo.
Until then, the enquiry form below reaches the same place.

Or ask a question first
If you are not sure this fits, describe the problem and you will get an honest answer, including if the answer is that a free resource covers it.
Questions
Before you book
- Do I need to know anything before the first session?
- No. If you can share your screen and type, you have the prerequisites. If you have never opened one of these tools, say so in the brief and the first session starts there.
- Which tools do you use?
- Whichever one you already have access to at work. If you have none, there is a two-tool picker in the free Starter Kit and either answer is fine.
- Can my employer pay?
- Yes. You will get a proper invoice with a description that makes sense to a finance team.
- What if it turns out AI cannot do the thing I want?
- Then that is the finding, and you get it in the first session rather than after three months of trying. A clear no is worth the fee on its own.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- TKTK cancellation terms — needs Brent's decision before launch.
